In the case of wafter baits, the appropriate buoyancy can be interpreted in many ways. We could handle this a little easier after the system we invented for pop up baits. The wafter pellet floats when thrown into the water, but if you insert the bait spike into it, it stays on the bottom. If you pin it from the round end of the barrel, it tilts to a vertical position, the spike will always be at the bottom. In addition to the buoyancy, colors and aromas undoubtedly have the greatest emphasis.
